Greenland 25K Colorado 2014
I am a NASM certified personal trainer, avid runner and fitness enthusiast.

I have run numerous 5ks, 10ks, over thirty half marathons and 7 marathons and currently coach couch to 5k programs and half marathon training programs at Up and Running. I have run on and off for many years, in the last few years I have gotten more serious about my overall fitness and expanded my fitness routine to include yoga, Pilates, weights and body weight training. 



After training a few friends I decided that helping others be healthy is where my passion lies and earned my NASM certification to increase my knowledge base and provide me with the opportunity to share my experience and help others achieve a healthier and happier lifestyle.

Chicago Marathon 2013
For the past four years I have successfully kept off the thirty pounds I put on (and worked really hard to lose, if only it was as easy to lose it as gain it) in my early twenties. For me it has been about changing my lifestyle, falling in love with running and vegetables (still a work in progress) and finding a balance between enjoying all of the great, yet not so healthy things life has to offer and being healthy, fit and confident.
